Artist: Joy Luk Pat

Joy Luk Pat is known for her modern, abstract, 3D & colourful expressions using various textures to add depth as an added dimension to her work. I want people to feel like they can reach out and touch it to connect to it, and to feel the emotions with the messages being communicated.

After starting her art education at St Joseph s Convent Port of Spain in Trinidad, Joy chose to develop her career in Marketing and was able to explore various aspects of art through Graphic Design, Advertising, Product Branding and Event D cor. These concepts and life experiences are fused together and culminated into her tangible designs. Developing art feels like an intense and powerful gust of wind blowing through me, urging me to release my innermost thoughts and passions until my creations are completed.

Joy is a current member of the Art Society of Trinidad & Tobago and the Women in Art Organization of Trinidad & Tobago.
